Rescue My Concrete Pty Ltd was referred to the customer after she made enquiries about applicators of specialist coating systems. The building is set on a slope and the car park deck is partially overlapping apartments at the marina front underneath. Car and foot traffic generated noise for the tenants underneath. We were able to offere and then install a noise dampening coating system that was finished with a custom, modern, anti-slip, design system.

This project was planned and delivered in a very short period of time. It was also well under budget for the customer despite the fact that a specialised solution wasn't budgeted in the first place. During the planning and design phase of the building, it was not anticipated that the ~ 1m overlap of the car-park deck slab would create an issue for future residents. As this was only discovered after most of the building and interior was close to completion, we were very glad to be able to offer an appropriate solution and could allocate resources instantly so that the customer could maintain the planned completion date.
